This sheet is a general breakdown of all of the steps and tasks needed to complete a construction project from start to finish. We use this form as the coversheet/table of contents for all of our Multi-Purpose Forms which has 32  total sections. Each section is in the order of a typical construction project, so you can use this sheet as a guide too! 
 
You can edit the worksheet to meet your needs. The sheet was created in MS Excel (Windows). If you need to convert and save the sheet to Apple (Mac) you can download an app for your phone or tablet for free; you can also choose a format that is compatible with your desktop or laptop. 
 
The sheet does not contain watermarks or logos upon purchase. You will need to change the information in the header and footer. 
 
Size: Letter 8 1/2" X 11" | Orientation: Landscape
 
Please Note: The font size is small in order to fit onto an 8 1/2" X 11" sheet of paper. If you enlarge the font, it will not fit onto a letter size sheet of paper. If you would like a larger font so you can see the information better, we suggest using legal paper 8 1/2" X 14". The orientation will still need to be in landscape unless you remove some of the rows. 
 
Printing Information: If you do not want the form to be in color, be sure to set your printer preferences to black ink only or grayscale.
