We thoroughly assess all finished materials and building materials and provide you with ways to save money without having to compromise your vision. We trim costs based on our understanding of various product types and alternative options, cost-saving layout and installation methods, comparison shopping and establishing relationships with vendors and suppliers throughout the United States. We shop for finished materials and building materials everywhere...at world import retailers, major retailers, design centers, boutiques, discount stores, thrift shops, flea markets, yard sales, antique stores, reclamation centers, salvage yards, on-line, auctions and specialty stores. Our goal is to give you "the look" with the price you want.

PLANS & LAYOUTS

One's daily routine and lifestyle are the most important things to consider when designing a space. At ROHAB we are experts in creating the best possible floor plans, space plans and layouts to maximize spaces and meet one's overall needs. Our goal is to make spaces functional, efficient, convenient and comfortable. To make this happen, we determine the overall use for the space, work zone requirements, ease-of-use circulation patterns and purpose and make sure the room sizes are adequate for activities and social interaction.

KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN ASSISTANCE

At ROHAB we create kitchens and bathrooms that are beautiful, stylish and functional. For over two decades we have designed and installed over 1000 custom and prefabricated cabinets in a wide range of styles from contemporary to traditional and vintage to rustic. If you are a real estate investor, real estate agent, developer or builder and are planning on putting your property on the market or renting it out, we know exactly what to do to bring your resale value up. We treat each property as if it were our own and put a lot of love and thought into creating a kitchen and/or bathroom design concept that stands out and appeals to buyers and renters in your area. We will work with your local cabinet vendor or cabinet maker of your choosing to come up with a design concept that is perfect for your space. We will be your personal advocate from start to finish so you do not need to be bogged down going back and forth trying to choose a design concept. We do advise choosing a cabinet vendor that does in-person measurements so they can verify cabinet sizes too. We will work together as a team as we plan and design your cabinets.
