Once we receive your Project Questionnaire, we will contact you via email within 1-2 business days to schedule a complimentary phone chat so we can go over your questionnaire based on your time zone. Our meeting will range between 15-30 minutes depending on the option(s) you choose. All bundle package deals indicate how much complimentary time we will provide on each sheet. Please refer to Our Fees and Service Terms Defined for more information on how we charge for additional consulting fees and customized service fees.
