36 All-In-One Multi-Purpose Forms

This form is the complete workbook that contains every Drop-Down Menu Multi-Purpose Form that we offer. It includes the Category Section coversheet, all 32 Category Sections, a Bid Overview Form, a Change Order Form and a Drop Down Menu Edit Form.  
 
You can edit the entire workbook to meet your needs. The form was created in MS Excel (Windows). If you need to convert and save the form to Apple (Mac) you can download an app for your phone or tablet for free; you can also choose a format that is compatible with your desktop or laptop. 
 
This form includes all of the drop-down menus for the All-In-One Multi-Purpose Drop Down Form. The drop-down menus on each form are in gray. If you make any changes in the edit tab, it will change the information on your form(s). If you would like to be able to choose multiple selections in  a drop-down menu, you will need to insert a VBA Code in the backend. There are many online tutorials that will show you how to do this. The font size in the drop-down menus are small in order to fit into the cells of each form/worksheet. If you enlarge the font, it will not fit into the cells. 
 
Be sure to take advantage of the drop-down list(s) we created because you can create many other new forms with the information we provided. 
 
The form does not contain watermarks or logos upon purchase. You will need to change the information in the header and footer. 
 
Size: Letter 8 1/2" X 11" | Orientation: Landscape
 
Please Note: The font size is small in order to fit onto an 8 1/2" X 11" sheet of paper. If you enlarge the font, it will not fit onto a letter size sheet of paper. If you would like a larger font so you can see the information better, we suggest using legal paper 8 1/2" X 14". The orientation will still need to be in landscape unless you remove some of the rows. 
 
Printing Information: If you do not want the form to be in color, be sure to set your printer preferences to black ink only or grayscale.
