We use our own company policies, procedures, operations, standards, forms and communication methods that were carefully crafted and created by us. Our systems were developed based on feedback we received from clients and vision partners for construction and interior design projects over the years and from our personal industry experience and solid background in administration and production. Our ROHAB systems promote accountability, consistency, uniformity, organization, efficiency and productivity to ensure that your project is on track at all times.  Furthermore, they are simple to understand by anybody because we believe in keeping things "Sesame Street Simple".  If you would like to purchase any of our policies, procedures, processes, tips or forms you can download them in our Digital Store under Multi-Purpose Forms and Policies & Procedures immediately. You can edit all digital documents and create your own ready-to-go forms and/or policies in a limited amount of time.  All of our forms and policies are broken down by category so you can choose what you want if you do not wish to purchase the all-in-one forms or complete policy collection. Whether you want to create a company binder with all of the forms and policies, or simply need a few handouts that you would like to provide employees, consultants or trades, it is up to you!

We strive for efficient and effective results by communicating and collaborating with you and all others that will be contributing to your project before it begins until it is completed. We believe listening, brainstorming, sharing ideas and opinions', discussing pros and cons, likes and dislikes, goals and objectives, having different perspectives, developing action plans and finding creative solutions are important components in achieving positive results for your project.

We manage your project in-person and interactively

We keep you in-the-loop through in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, virtual chats and emails. All important information that needs to be documented or exchanged is through email and attachments rather than cloud-based interactions because we find email is the easiest way to communicate and is the fastest response method to use rather than using cloud-based formats which are not as efficient and can be confusing to those that are not technically savvy. For each client that purchase our bundle package deals, we create a project folder with subfolders that we store on our external hard drive that contains all project information...contract agreements, property evaluations, reports, permits, drawings, finish materials, specifications, budgets, scopes of work, bid submittals and approvals, change order submittals and approvals, purchase order submittals and approvals, project photos and correspondence. We keep all of our hard drives so if you ever misplace some documents, we will have them.

Thorough project assessments, preliminary planning, defined systems, organization, scheduling, quality control, flexibility, being prepared for obstacles, our expertise and your cooperation is how we do it. To prevent unnecessary delays, ROHAB and your team work in unison from the get-go so both parties have a clear understanding of what is specified and expected in order to make sound decisions and to get the project completed quickly.

We deliver realistic budgets and bid procurements

We evaluate all project variables, applicable costs and your needs in order to come up with the most accurate and realistic budget. Some key factors that determine the budget are the geographic location, clientele, property condition, site, project type, time frame, reports, scope of work, finish types, quality of materials used and the design details that create the atmosphere. We advise that all bidders receive the same scope of work, plans, specifications and bid forms for "apples-to-apples" bidding and quick assessments. We then can do a comprehensive bid comparison, negotiate and help you decide who will be awarded the contract or if changes are needed.
